Requirements:
At least two-year working experience in IT recruitment
Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal
Excellent interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to details, flexibility with changing priorities and strong multi-tasking skills
Bachelor’s or Master's degree
Level of English: Intermediate strong (higher level will be a plus)
Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle of recruitment process
Review and clarify job specifications, competence, and skills required for new positions
Create job descriptions; create questions for an interview that reflect requirements for each position
Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Research, recommend and implement new methods to search for the candidates
Create and maintain recruiting documentation and update when necessary
Suggest and implement initiatives for effective employer branding
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
