Talent Operation Competence Partnership team is a cross-functional team focused on the successful staffing of different competencies. With extensive experience and practice, our team helps competencies grow together with business demands. We are devoted to building and maintaining processes to assure the most effective staffing and resource management. We define needs and trends and transform them into valued business solutions.

With the rapid growth of business and staffing demand, more of our competencies evolve and need our staffing supervision. For us, it means more work and a new opening in the team. We are looking for a new teammate and new partner for Solutions (Architects) and Platforms Centers of Excellence.

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Developing and maintaining Talent Operations standards, best practices, key processes, metrics, and tools
  • Coordinating competency staffing demand in all locations
  • Providing consulting and mentoring to Talent Operations, Functional Offices, and Delivery teams, assisting them in resolving complex issues
  • Initiating and supporting educational and ramp-up programs to grow
  • Providing cost-effectiveness analysis for competency direction within GTО team
  • Helping maintain expert network for internal and external interviews
  • Analyzing training needs to initiate and support relevant learning initiatives
  • Market analysis of competency in all locations
  • Improving and maintaining staffing strategy and processes and promoting these services inside the company
  • Collecting and analyzing statistics on competency demand, salary, expertise
