Department Manager in IT (technical)

What You'll Be Doing:

Management:  

• assessment of the productivity and development, implementation, improvement processes

• control over the achievement of the company’s goals 

Employees: 

• motivating of department members 

• care of your employee career growth 

• participation in hiring and onboarding new employees 

Skills and knowledge required:

• experience in management team of 5+ employees

• basic knowledge of QA processes 

• at least Upper-intermediate English level 

Would be plus: 

• experience with CRM systems

• experience in e-commerce
