BPO Nextdoor is looking for a new team member, who will be eager to face new challenges. The perfect candidate should have strong communication skills and a good level of English language. The position requires a focus on achieving high results and openness to learn and adapt in a fast-pacing environment.

All the necessary training will be provided by senior colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Creating 'tasty' and at the same time precise vacancy descriptions
• Using different sources to search for good candidates and processing of incoming CV’s
• Conducting interviews with candidates in the office or remotely
• Maintaining the databases of candidates
• Perform emailing campaigns
• Joining other HR tasks, if necessary

Candidate profile:

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English is a must
• Desire to develop in Recruitment/HR
