HR-Brand manager
We are looking for creative minds to build up an attractive employer brand for our newly born IT company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Building up from scratch an attractive employer brand in alignment with company identity and strategy
• Setting up successful external and internal communication of the employer brand
• Creating and maintaining attractive corporate accounts on popular platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Tik-Tok, FB, etc.
• Planning and implementation of PR and advertising campaigns related to the HR brand in the IT field
• Planning and implementation of participation in current IT conferences, development of goals, scenarios, merchandise, photo / video materials for corporate brand platforms.
• Work with IT and recruiting platforms (maintaining information blogs of the company, special projects, etc.);
• Cooperation with universities, career centers and other organizations
• Organizing events and programs to increase the loyalty of candidates and employees to the company
• Preparation of press releases, articles, presentations, texts for promotional materials, scripts for videos, etc., organization of production of advertising materials
• Content creation for the company's social networks, preparation and publication of materials
• Owning and reporting on the annual budget for employer brand activities
• Active interaction with HR and IT experts deep understanding of the needs of all divisions of the company.

• Experience in digital networks content creation (articles, cases, posts on social networks, scripts for videos, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written & spoken)
• 1+ years of experience in similar positions in IT sphere
• Knowledge and using of tools for positioning and promoting a brand, project
Nice to have:
• media experience
• work experience in IT companies
• the presence of successful cases for the promotion of the HR brand
