Branch Accountant

ELEKS is looking for an excellent Branch Accountant in Kyiv

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in conducting accounting of Private Entrepreneurs (PE).
• Specialized Knowledge: 1С, Internet-banking; Excel, Word
• Knowledge of accounting principles, Ukrainian tax legislation, and business accounting
• Operating electronic data management services: Paperless; Diia.gov.ua, Art-Office
• A focus on partnership, intercommunication with private entrepreneurs, and finding solutions to problems proactively
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must during the first month after a quarter end and in a rapidly changing environment (legislative perspective)
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Ability to build long-term, trusting relationships with colleagues
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support IT private entrepreneurs who have income in a foreign currency (Group 3)
• Maintain documentation flow and banking operations for each PE
• Cooperation with banks on the issue of opening/closing accounts for private entrepreneurs
• Electronic Digital Signature administration
• Establishing cooperation with different accredited centers
• Obtaining keys for electronic tax services
• Calculation and transfer of net income to private (monthly)
• Calculate single tax quarterly and submit PE tax declarations
• Calculate and submit a unified social tax declaration annually
• Fill in \”Income and expenses\” e-books for each PE
• Systematic audit of the Taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet
• Assistance in registration/liquidation of PE
• Representing interests before supervisory authorities
• Providing consultations to private entrepreneurs (on reporting, taxation, currency control, banking operations, current activities)
• Drawing up quarterly acts of services provided
