Reporting to CEO of Insoftex, the Lead Generation specialist will be responsible for making entry communication to western companies and their top managers through different sales channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) in order to identify and qualify opportunities and find out how our professional services can better meet client needs in software engineering and talents.

In this role the specialist will collaborate with other departments, utilize company resources (like databases, CRM, other tools), research potential leads and maintain our records, convert cold leads to arrange appointments, and pass these leads on to the Sales Manager with the best client experience.

The specialist will take ownership of generating new leads for the business and aim to maximise the potential from each connection with an excellent communication manner and upbeat outlook.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for the business
  • Making outbound communication (emails/messages/proposals/follow-ups) on a daily basis
  • Build relationships with new clients in a professional manner aligned to our brand values
  • Inform potential clients about our company, brand, and services
  • Be proactive in identifying opportunities with new businesses
  • Look for common ground between the needs of potential clients and our services
  • Deal with objections and convert communication to new opportunities
  • Work closely with the CEO to align on KPIs and priorities
  • Meet and exceed KPIs

Knowledge and Skills required

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English is a must
  • Good business communication skills (emailing, chatting, arranging meetings, etc.)
  • Good empathy and ability to perfectly understand other persons
  • A positive approach to negotiation and objection handling is essential
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
  • An interest in the Technology and a genuine passion for our services will be invaluable
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of the following:
    • Microsoft Office and related programs
    • Google Sheets and Google Drive
    • Social Networking (LinkedIn)
    • Upwork platform
  • Demonstration of the high energy, ability and commitment demanded by this role

Bonus points for

  • Relevant knowledge and understanding of the IT industry
  • Experience in IT sales for the US and Western Europe markets
  • Experience in sourcing on LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Experience with other business social platforms, e.g., XING
  • Experience with other freelance platforms
