Role Overview
YBS is growing its Operations team. If you are experienced account manager, customer-oriented, diplomatic communicator, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and meet or exceed clients` expectations, you are the one we are looking for.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with employment of their high-skilled workers in Europe and Central Asia.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with our clients and service providers during the life cycle of each worker’s employment
• Handle ongoing queries from customers and employees related to labour law, payroll and invoicing questions, other HR matters
• Prepare, reconcile, control invoices and payments
• Develop and maintain competency in the area of international employment, labour law and payroll taxation
• Keep up-to-date our country knowledge base
• Service delivery and quality assurance
• Immigration support (occasionally)
• Other ad-hoc tasks
• Report to Head of International Operations

Required Skills and Experience
• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Upper-Intermediate English (additional languages will be an asset)
• Working experience as an Account Manager/Customer Service Specialist/Project Manager/HR Payroll Specialist
• Proactive mindset, passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize the tasks and manage own workload in order to perform the tasks effectively and in a timely manner
• Successful candidate likes working with and for people, in different geographical and time zones

Would be a great advantage
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or any other country labour law and/or payroll taxation
• Experience with obtaining work permits, residence permits, employment-related visas, relocation support
