The main idea is to find and hire developers based on other company needs, technology stack, and cultural fit to the core team.

We take care of all processes and help other businesses grow.

Our key clients: Gett, MoonActive, Comeet, Change Healthcare, Twingate, etc.

About the position:

Our HR department is currently looking for an HR People Partner.

We are looking for a result-oriented person to help us support our ambitious teams with assistance in organizational matters on all HR issues.

 Responsibilities:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to apply flexible and varied communication approaches for different people
  • Ability to identify and understand people needs and problems (pain points)
  • Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
  • Fluent writing English
  • Experience in copywriting and editing
  • Positive attitude, high energy level, sense of humor

Requirements:

  • Set up the full scope of HR services
  • HR strategy implementation
  • Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Running regular 1-to-1 meetings with team members
  • Facilitate performance review meetings
  • Conducting surveys and working with feedback
  • Implementing company HR policies and procedures into teams
  • Maintain required reports and metrics
  • Follow the latest HR trends and share the ideas for their implementation
  • Work with recruiting, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for staff development
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to drive authentic, consistent, and customer-centric content across multiple channels
