Job Summary
We are Landstar representative in Lviv. A trucking company which is working around US since 2007. By joining our team, you will be responsible for Talent Engagement. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Ideally, you will have prior experience within an IT industry or professional education.
Responsibilities:
- Active search for qualified candidates according to vacancies requirements using several channels: LinkedIn, job portals, databases, social networks;
- Source and connect with the market's best talents while acting as key support person for the TA team.
- Advertise and promote roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms
- Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
- Participation in other HR activities.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- 0.5+ year of experience on recruiter position;
- Understanding of advanced search techniques including Boolean and Google searches
- Excellent data processing ;
- Strong attention to details;
- Upper-Intermediate English level;
- Desire to develop and grow in recruitment sphere;
- Knowledge of market;
- Result-oriented, strong work ethic.
