About:

Engagement Specialist at Namecheap is a creative-stream specialist who intensively work on Retention & Recognition projects

Whom You'll Work With:

Engagement Specialist will join Technology People Partners Team at Namecheap Technology Department and will mainly assist Engagement Manager.

Requirements:

• basic knowledge of Excel, Word, Google Documents/Spreadsheets/Presentations, Trello;

• well-developed communication skills; 

• critical thinking;

• copywriting skills and the ability to compose sophisticated texts; 

• English level Intermediate and higher;

• aesthetic taste and a sense of beauty;

• attention to details, neatness;

• self-discipline, sense of timing and deadlines; 

• team orientation and a talent for finding a compromise;

 Will be a plus:

• experience in a creative field or education in Arts; 

• acquaintance with graphic editors such as Adobe PS, Lightroom, Premiere, Final Cut or at least Canva;

What You'll Do:

• support in realization of internal initiatives and events, project coordination; 

• communication with internal and external contractors;

• copywriting;

• visualization/moodboards creation in demand of Engagement Team projects;

• documentation workflow;

• work on oversight, market monitoring on purpose of relevance and finding innovative, creative ideas;
