Head of Event Management (m/f/x)

To strengthen our Brand Management Team, we are looking for a Head of Event Management (m/f/x) in Ukraine (Odessa) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Establishment and expansion of an event department for the implementation of national and international events for employees and private and business customers
• Establish relevant processes including planning, implementation, budgeting and evaluation with internal and external resources
• Working closely with internal clients to better implement events as an integral part of the corresponding marketing plans
• Build competencies for trade show appearances and implementation of sponsorship activities
• Lead a team of currently 4 employees across our various locations in Germany, Ukraine, Poland and Moldova
• Reporting line and Director Marketing Operations and close cooperation with VP Brand Management

Requirements:

• Professional experience in event management from planning to implementation and evaluation
• Leadership experience of teams
• Experience working with agencies from selection to collaboration to steering and negotiation
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of building processes (Jira, Confluence)
• Excellent sense for emotions and creative implementation
• Business fluent in German and English, knowledge of Russian a great advantage
