Middle Event manager (m/f/x)

AUTODOC is a fast-growing, technology-driven company specialised in automotive e-commerce headquartered in Berlin, Germany. The company was founded in 2008. Job Description

- Planning an event from start to finish
- Generating ideas for the event
- Looking for agency and writing a brief for the agency
- Managing event budgets
- Managing logistics and event venues in Ukraine and other countries
- Managing audio and virtual event companies
- Putting together event marketing plans
- Post-event communication, reporting & analysis
- Analysing feedback and report data to measure whether the event goal was achieved.

Qualifications

- High motivated person with the experience of working in a big international companies from 2 years
- Strong communication skills
- Organisational Skills - ability to prioritise the tasks to ensure maximum productivity from his time
- Upper Intermediate level of English
- Budgeting - managing the budget of the event and the ability to ensure that the costs remain within the scope.
- Creativity/Eye for Detail.
- Motivational Skills - ability to motivate the team and remain a positive influence.
- Project Management Skills.
