Requirements:
— at least 1 year of management experience in IT;
— understanding of resource management processes and tools;
— has excellent communication and negotiation skills;
— problem-solving;
— flexibility; able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances, situations, and people.
Will be a plus:
— PM work experience or knowledge of the basics of PM.
Responsibilities:
— develop staffing strategy;
— build strong relationships with resource;
— managing the administrative process;
— proactively identify and efficiently resolve project-related problems;
— ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
