About Us

YBS International is regional Employer of Record company. We help our clients to expand their business to Europe and Central Asia, manage all the legal and administrative processes on immigration, employment, and payroll matters helping them to focus on their primary activities.

YBS is growing its Operations team. We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Specialist to deliver Ukrainian and European HR/Payroll services to our customers in Europe and the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll calculations prepared based on information provided by our clients and according to the terms of employment agreements

• Calculation of vacations, bonuses, sick leaves, indexation, etc.

• Preparation of HR documents (employment and termination related documents, orders, sick leaves, timesheets, etc.)

• Handle ongoing queries from employees and customers

• Prepare, verify international payroll calculations and HR documents ensuring correctness and compliance (with support of external providers)

• Prepare, reconcile, control invoices and payments

• Maintain and keep up-to-date our country knowledge base

• Provide immigration support (occasionally)

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks

• Report to Head of International Operations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong knowledge of Ukrainian legislation related to HR and/or Payroll

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Payroll & HR Specialist/Senior Payroll & HR Specialist/Payroll Accountant or other relevant job title (preferably in outsourcing companies)

• Experienced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• 1C advanced user

• Intermediate English 

• Proactive mindset, passion for customer satisfaction and operational excellence

• Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, prioritize the tasks and manage own workload in order to perform the tasks effectively and in a timely manner

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Would be a great advantage:

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher 

• Experience with obtaining work permits, residence permits, employment-related visas, relocation support

• Knowledge of labour law and/or payroll taxation of other countries
