Java Team Lead #10828

Our client is a big energetic company which solves energetic needs for client with maximum cost saving. You will be involved into application intended to optimize logistic process for drivers.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with product management
- Provide support to internal operation teams to ensure systems are compliant and secure
- Increasing unit/Integration tests coverage
- Risk estimations and management
- Report current status, estimates and risks to stakeholders
- Drive the team
- Report to EM

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

· University Degree in Computer Related or equivalent experience
· Team leadership experience 1+ year
· 7+ years of experience as software engineer
· Strong understanding of the software design/architecture process
· 5+ years of experience in Java programming.
· Experience with Postgres databases.
· Hands-on experience with tools such as Github,
· Experience with unit and integration testing
· Strong communication skills,
· Experience in working in an environment following Agile methodology
· Intermediate+ English

Would be a plus:

· Angular experience
· Familiarity with health care industry and data privacy regulations
