Billing Specialist (Customer Care Agent) remote

Boosta is an international multi-product IT company developing IT products for western markets in the sphere of education and marketing tools. Boosta was founded in 2014 and grew from 3 people to 300+ since then. Nevertheless, we managed to save that Boosta-family atmosphere and cozy relationships in teams.

At the moment we have an open position of Billing Specialist.

We are looking for a reliable person to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues.
You will be responsible for keeping track of money owed to us by customers, preparing necessary documentation and updating system records.

Requirements:
- Good command of English (both written and spoken);
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Being able to handle 2 night shifts per week
- Ability to learn fast (we will teach you everything)
- Be attentive to details
- Have negotiation skills and customer service orientation
- Be ready to constantly learn new things
