Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a talented Engineer Manager to lead our team. You are expected to fill multiple roles, owning the results of the product from start to finish. Knowledge of code and experience with cryptocurrency is highly welcome!)

Escrow Protocol is changing the world by creating decentralized crowdfunding. A blockchain-based, Web3 platform where investors can fund startups with control of their financial contributions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required.

- Must ensure the best practices around software development and delivering high-quality software products. 

- 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 

- 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.- Experience overseeing all developmental stages of product. 

- Ensures that all project milestones goals are met.

- Strong experience leading cross-team agile delivery processes.

- Comfortable in supporting and working with global customers across many time zones.
