Miratech is looking for a Support Engineer L1 to join our team, who will help us working on the users technical support.

Responsibilities:

• L1 support including:
  • Maintenance of user workstations, telephony, peripheral and mobile devices; installation, commissioning, connection, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairing.
  • Installation of OS, other software, troubleshooting.
  • Processing of Service Desk requests.
• Willing to learn and develop in tasks - L2 support level
• Experience L2 support will be a big plus
• English - pe-Intermediate
