IT Researcher

Forte Group is looking for an IT Researcher to join our company on a full-time basis. This entry-level job in IT-Recruitment is one that’s designed for people with no prior experience, but with confident English.

Responsibilities

• Perform a search for qualified candidates by using the acquired network, LinkedIn, social media, Job Boards, forums, and other user groups
• Continuously communicate with technology leadership in regard to the recruitment process
• Check referrals for each candidate who is in the employment process
• Meet KPIs set by management for the team and personal goals
• Keep in touch with the candidate from the initial contact throughout employment on the project and beyond
• Communicate all of the challenges and questions in a timely manner to the management

Minimum Requirements

• Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred, but not required

• Recruiting/research experience in the IT industry
• General understanding of the IT industry
