For one of our clients, we are looking for a person for the position:

Customer Service Representative with English, Katowice — Poland

Your responsobilites:

• Daily support for the company’s customers in solving technical problems (only incoming calls)
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

An ideal candidate for this position should have:

• Knowledge of the English language allowing for easy communication (min. B2)
• Basic knowledge of information technology would be an asset
• Willingness to work in the afternoon / night hours (5 days a week between 11:00 and 8:00, Mon-Sun)
• Good organization of work and attention to detail
