Trainee Engagement Specialist (IRC128786)

GlobalLogic Ukraine is inviting a Trainee Engagement Specialist to join its Lviv office.

Our Media business unit helps the world’s leading streaming services, TV studios, and media technology vendors deliver the next-generation entertainment products to the market and innovate the whole industry.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Media BU Delivery Leaders to facilitate engagement of Media businesses and assist with other business development operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent written skills in English

• Experience in technical writing of software documentation or copywriting

• Excellent communication skills to drive internal collaboration 

• Good analytical skills, ability to collect, process, and organize information effectively

• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail

• Disciplined, process/results driver

• Nice to have:

  • Up to 1 year of experience in sales, client engagement and other client-oriented activities

  • Understanding of software development and product engineering

  • Experience working in Media industry would be a plus

  • Proficiency in business correspondence and communication with different level stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the engineering team to assist with new/existing client engagements

• Design, write, edit and keep updated sales materials: case studies, solutions presentations, white papers, website content, etc

• Do a hands-on research and obtain necessary technical content from subject matter experts

• Assist sales/engineering teams with business development tasks

• Work with the marketing to create some promo materials
