We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Ukrainian-based office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build recruitment strategies
• Source passive candidates via various channels
• Manage the job adverts, review and pre-screen direct applications
• Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates
• Involvement in other projects/tasks as required

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment covering the Ukrainian market
• Experience in the IT industry
• Fluent Ukrainian and English (both verbal and written)
• Advanced level of MS Office Pack
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
