We are currently hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Ukrainian-based office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build recruitment strategies
- Source passive candidates via various channels
- Manage the job adverts, review and pre-screen direct applications
- Arrange and conduct interviews with candidates
- Involvement in other projects/tasks as required
- University degree in business administration, human resources, or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment covering the Ukrainian market
- Experience in the IT industry
- Fluent Ukrainian and English (both verbal and written)
- Advanced level of MS Office Pack
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
