Content Promo Producer

To our growing marketing team, we are looking for Content Promo Producer. 

In this role you will:

· Develop and execute outstanding feature films /series marketing strategy in collaboration with internal and external partners and stakeholders. 

· Lead and be responsible for winning promo plan development and execution coordination (from creative promo content concepts development, production and placement). 

· Ensure excellent ownership and execution of promo programs. 

· Coordinate third-party executives and various stakeholders (including actors, star cast and others). 

· Contribute to promo plans excellence with proposing, testing deploying new promo tools, models, mechanics, technologies (incremental and optimization). 

· Create presentations, manage process, timings/planning, tasks and perform reporting. 

Requirements

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

· Strong marketing/product/strategy/promo/PR/communication/creative capabilities 

· Healthy balance of `do-how-was-told` and ‘find-my-own-way’ approaches 

· Experience of brand /marketing /account/ client management in Media FMCG/ Entertainment/ Gaming/ B2B2C/ Advertising/ PR/ communication/ promo agencies as a Brand/Account Manager. 

· Excellent grammar (EN and UA) 

· Proven abilities to lead development and contribute to creative visuals and texts 

· Proven project management, coordination and administration skills 

· Self-starter, self-motivator, responsible, reliable, proactive and supportive 

· Passion to film/animation/audio-video content creation industries
