This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Sales Rep or the fresh Sales Rep to step into the US Market and collaborate with the team of professionals.

Remote vacancy. American market. Time Zone: (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada).

It has become challenging for most businesses to keep their financial wheels turning during the lockdown period, however we have managed to substantially increase our sales.

In 2022:

We’re going to double our staff and expand our presence on the US market further. We are clear on our goals and are incentivized through compensation structure and recognition.

  • Our recent paycheck for that position:
  • Maximum paycheck is 60 000 UAH
  • Minimum paycheck is 18 000 UAH
  • What We Offer On Probation:
  • Paid probation for 40 days,
  • One-to-one meeting,
  • Group meeting, Mentoring.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Make large amounts of outbound sales calls in a timely manner;
  • Follow communication «scripts» when handling different topics;
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives;
  • Seize opportunities to sell the service;
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile;
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way;
  • Constantly works towards improving product knowledge and performance level;
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Our Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer executive role — Sales process
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice;
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong typing skills;
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types;
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Strong time management and decision making skills;
  • Adaptability and accountability;
  • Fluency in English, other languages could be an advantage;
  • Ready to work from to work in shifts (5 days with rotational 2 weekly off).
