Purpose:

Meeting and Events Sales Coordinator is responsible for converting customer inquiries into confirmed sales, to develop future and repeat business contributing to the profitability of the hotel. You will work with other members of the team to develop successful customer partnerships and deliver the outstanding customer service.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure all enquiries are answered to RHG standard within the agreed time frame, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring company standards are attained and adhered to.
• Handling all hotel events, banquets, and group reservations
• Completing the agreed enquiry process through to signed contract stage, ensuring that all RHG tools are used to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
• Proactively look for new opportunities and cross sell at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem 
• Develops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the Sales department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.

• Passion for the hospitality industry
• Adaptivity and flexibility
• Good at building strong relationships with existing clients and accounts
• Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
• Good communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills;
• Perfect organizational skills ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered in a timely manner
• Experience in meeting and events will be a plus
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English
