Now we are looking for Customer Support Specialist who will work closely with clients and consult them about our product -  Hotel Management System HTS.

What will make you successful:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a hotel administrator or receptionist;
• Work with at least one Hotel Management System (like Protel or any other);
• Advanced English Level;
• Confident PC User (Word, Excel, Skype, Zoom etc);

Will be a plus:

• Accounting Basics;
• Additional foreign language.

• Being an expert in Our Hotel Management System HTS (PMS, Booking Engine, POS, etc);
• Support HTS Customers on a daily basis by phone and screen sharing;
• Test new HTS Functionality.
