Project manager

In 2muchcoffee we are looking for an experienced PM who knows how to care not only about own success, but the success of his team, projects and clients.

*We expect that you have:*

• Experience working as a PM at least half a year;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Russian and English);
• Understanding and implementation experience of Agile methodologies;
• Experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc) and project status reporting;
• Experience in project planning and estimating, knowledge of the necessary principles and techniques;
• Multitasking and attention to details;
• Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.

*Will be an advantage, but not necessary:*

• Successful projects launched to the market;
• Technical background;
• BA experience.

*Your duties:*

• PM dep. Management and elaboration;
• Developers workload management and planning;
• People management;
• Participating in pre-sales calls, requirements analysis, bootstrapping the project launch;
• Distribution of priorities for tasks in the team;
• Managing several projects at the same time including schedule, resources, scopes, budgets, and project risks handling;
• Communicating with clients and consulting them about processes at all stages of SDLC;
• Help clients achieve their goals by implementing and supporting proper project life-cycle processes and workflows;
• Creating tech documentation and specification, participation in project planning.
