Participation in development of web-based Agent Desktop that provides agents and knowledge workers with non-intrusive access to the information, processes, and applications they need to perform their jobs more efficiently and to ensure increased customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to).
- • Develop new modernized web front-ends and reusable components
- • The full development process of these front-end components, including implementation and testing
- • Create automated unit tests
- • Write technical documentation
- • Work closely with our UX, Product Management team to create end products that deliver great usability and follow best design practices
- • Use your knowledge to influence the way we address day-to-day technical challenges
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications
- • Strong working knowledge in the following: HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES5+).
- • Modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries, such as Backbone, jQuery, Bootstrap, VueJS, Web components
- • Backend integration using HTTP REST-based API, with strong understanding of synchronous/asynchronous request handling
- • Responsive web design techniques
- • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- • Take initiatives and provide innovative solutions to problems
