WE ARE

The Enterprise Service Management team is working on the development, and support of several critical corporate services and manage the Service Management governance which regulates all internal services which contain information technologies. We are looking for the coordinator to join the motivated, high-performance team of professionals to work on improving service management governance, process, assists service owners to be compliant with corporate and ISO regulations in the ITSM area.

The Service Management System managed by the team is used to ensure the high quality of corporate information technologies related services, are ISO20000-1 compliant. Policies, processes, and related regulations are mature, pass external audits on compliance to many international standards. We use best practices and proven frameworks to ensure a high level of quality and alignment to company goals for our services.

YOU ARE

• Having at least 2-year experience in IT and 1 year in project management or business analysis
• A good communicator
• Successfully coordinate and manage distributed / virtual teams, teams of part-time contributors, and volunteers
• Familiar with ITIL and project management frameworks, so as any of the fitting ISO standards
• A very attentive person
• Having an understanding of the SDLC
• Possessing at least Intermediate English level

Would be good to have an experience with

• Internal audits
• Organizational change management
• Establishing and maintaining a quality management system
• Experience with other methodologies except for Scrum
