Job description
As part of the Global Business Intelligence team you will be responsible for management of our Microsoft Azure Cloud Database. Using your programming skill to realize integrations, ETL process, databricks and the pipelines to manage the MS Azure datalake. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain & develop the Ms Azure datalake with new integrations, ETL and pipelines.
• Maintain the instream and upstream data flows for a consistent performance
• Manage system integrations with the Datalake via EDI/API/SQL/FTP/etc. connections
• Participate in the entire System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for successful project delivery
• Prepare test plan, test cases/scripts, test environments, data and perform testing
• Support user acceptance testing, system implementation & documentation

Required Experience/Education:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines 
• Experience with MS Azure environment is preferred.
• At least 5+ years of datalake/datawarehouse management or similar experience would be in your advantage, but not mandatory. 
• Preferred to have a strong understanding of Python, SQL or similar approach to process big amounts of data
• Required personality skills: Flexible approach, pro-active attitude, self-motivated, willing to work in an international multicultural environment.

Preferred Experience/Education:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in MS Data Warehousing, SQL, Python and/or R is a pro
• It will be beneficial to have Microsoft Azure Datalake, SQL database, API & EDI connections knowledge.
• Experience in using machine learning, complex algorithms and Artificial Intelligence will be a pro.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English
• Good team player, positive attitude, innovative, self-initiating, eager to learn and share with other team members, able to work under pressure and work independently
