HR generalist/IT Recruiter

We are German-based IT company and helping our clients to build up digital business models.
Now we are looking for HR generalist/IT Recruiter to join our team!

What we expect from You

At least 2+ years of successful experience in IT recruitment, headhunting and HR.

Experience with sourcing techniques according to vacancies requirements, using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks, and other resources.

Knowledge of whole recruitment process (search, interviews, feedbacks, job offer).

Ability to interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

High level of self-organization and time management skills.

Proactive and result-oriented person.

What are your tasks:

Perform full life cycle recruiting with the ability to source, screen, first interview, and close candidates for Tech positions.

Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.

Lead our onboarding process and ensure a good start for every new colleague.

Work on the motivation system, implementing it, conducting various surveys such or evaluations etc.

Managing corporate events and team-building activities.
