1+ years of experience in academic/business/market research
Experience in lead generation or working with Business Development teams would be a plus
(ideally, previous experience is connected with leadgen for service IT companies)
High personal motivation, self-management, and detail-orientation
Ability to take responsibility in meeting deadlines and making progress without direct supervision
Interest in and knowledge of technology trends
Awareness about IT services business
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Provide the SDR team with the lists of relevant prospects and their contact information
Identifying potential pain points, entry points for initial message
Preparing, sending and analyzing outreach email/Linkedin marketing campaigns
Daily work with Reply.io, Snov.io, HubspotCRM, Sales Navigator & additional tools (training during onboarding period)
Search and analyze information on potential or existing customers and markets (upon requests)
Perform other research on different topics for the needs of SDR team
