Компания EULER+MEDITECH объявляет конкурс на замещение должности начальника отдела закупок, ВЭД в сфере поставок компонентов, оборудования и материалов для нужд медицины и химической промышленности.

The position is a newly defined role within the Euler+Meditech business, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role is based at our Mironosytskaya street office. Geographically spread suppliers and operational bases necessitate a preparedness to work additional hours, be on call after hours, travel (sometimes for extended periods at short notice) and hold effective relationships with a broad range of suppliers.

As a Head of Procurement your main responsibilities will involve:

  • Design and implement procurement processes and strategy for the organization.
  • Be accountable for the successful execution (cost, quality and schedule) of all Procurement and Supply Chain activities and their contribution to effective service delivery.
  • Development and control of the Procurement and Supply Chain budgets and KPI’s. Adherence to delegated authority processes.
  • Achieve year-on-year savings against budget.
  • Develop, train, implement and review practices and procedures to ensure continual improvement, best practice and regulatory compliance.
  • Build, maintain and lead supplier base - including contracting, negotiations, relationship building, risk management and supplier performance.
  • Monitoring spend and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop of self-managed team by setting clear objectives, managing performance and developing skills and competencies.
  • Coaching the team on the use of standard sourcing processes.
  • Institute a continuous improvement culture, practice and process. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of marketplace, benchmarks, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct commercial negotiations and SRM meeting with suppliers.

We are looking for the following Skills & Experience:

  • Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor?s Degree required) in Procurement or another field related to the role or equivalent experience.
  • Min 5 years experience in Procurement (or a position with relevant experience as it relates to this role).
  • Strategic thinker and collaborative person.
  • Service minded person with strong focus on internal customer relations and processes.
  • Multi-site procurement experience.
  • Strong Stakeholder management.
  • Experience leading and developing individuals and teams.
  • Strong data and presentation skills are a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with a record of establishing a positive culture, driving change and performance.
