Interns are junior members of Ward Howell’s research team, taking part in the executive search assignments with a full support of senior colleagues. They have an opportunity to become Research Analysts as soon as they demonstrate outstanding results.

 What will you (learn to) do

• Conduct market research pertaining to search assignments in close interaction with project team members;
• Identify target companies and prospective candidates under the supervision and guidance of senior colleagues;
• Participate in preparing project documents, such as progress reports and candidate reports;
• Master the executive search techniques, tools and processes from a ground zero for successful career development;
• Contribute to the development of Ward Howell’s database.

Candidate Profile

We look for:

• Excellent academic performance – 4-5 year student obtaining the degree in marketing / other business disciplines;
• Well-developed research and analysis skills, front-rank software and apps user;
• Highest degree of curiosity and strong attention to details;
• Natural born communication skills;
• At least upper intermediate English.
