Currently, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our friendly HR Team.

What you'll do:

• Work with HR data: gathering the data, analytics, proper organization of current reports, creation of new reports

• Accurate maintenance of current HR databases and up-to-date HR documentation

• Participation in the implementation of HR projects regarding the corporate programs

• Participation in onboarding and offboarding

• Communicate with providers regarding the necessary production/deliveries forHR projects and programs

• Conducting communication about HR-related questions with current and former Team Members along with other Team Members of HR Team

• Actively participating in all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

• Participation in the creation of HR Strategy

• Fulfillment of other assignments upon the request of the Head of HR Department

A portrait of our future Team Member:

• 6+ months of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Assistant

• Professional English (both written and verbal)

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to follow clear directions

• A data-driven approach

• Strong organizational skills

• Exceptional attention to details and accuracy

• Experience with CRM systems

• Desire to learn and develop in the HR sphere

• Knowledge of BambooHR is desirable

• Loves people <3
