Customer Experience Manager/ Field Brand Manager

For our client, leading international fast food company that has over 35,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries, serving approximately 70 million visitors every day, we are searching for Field Brand Manager/Customer Experience Manager

Field Brand Manager is responsible for Customer journey at physical restaurants that assumes managing oDMB (Outdoor Digital Menu Boards), SOK (Self Order Kiosks) through ensuring proper brand and products’ visibility on all the phases of customer journey, maintaining positive customer experience and driving repetitive visits to restaurants. This person also responsible for New restaurants opening support – navigation, activations, etc and further proper support of visibility of total restaurants base.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drives the definition and execution of a successful local strategies focusing on oDMB (Outdoor Digital Menu Boards), SOK (Self Order Kiosks), local store marketing in line with global guidelines 
  • Drives a customer-centric purchasing experience in and out of the restaurants’ building 
  • Ensure consistency of restaurants’ external visual identity across the country 
  • Active involvement in new restaurants openings in terms of building awareness about opening and further support to ensure customers visits 1st months of opening 
  • Alignment of activities with other departments and ensure consistent communication in points of sales
  • Utilizes customer insights and feedback to understand better customer journey and improve customer satisfaction 
  • Keeps leadership in managing merchandising scheme and aligns approach with internal stakeholders 
  • Coming up with recommendations regarding material, construction, design of POSM  
  • Managing external partners/providers/suppliers  

Key Requirements

  • Professional experience in building smooth customer journey, consumer/trade marketing
  • Eye for details, without losing sight of the big picture
  • Consumer-centric orientation 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with strong ability to prioritize deliverables 
  • Curiosity for future trends with the ability to identify emerging opportunities
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • English – intermediate/upper intermediate 
  • Readiness for travel
