YOU ARE

• A holder of 2+ years of successful cases of community management and communications
• Able to work with internal cross-functional stakeholders of senior management level, VPs, and SVPs
• A marketing pro who plans daily activities while promoting a sense of belonging and driving cooperation between teams
• Oriented towards building long-term relationships with stakeholders
• A creative person who loves working with people
• Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks
• An excellent writer/editor with attention to detail
• Speaking and writing in English and Ukrainian fluently

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Developing presentations, engagement activities, All Hands meetings, writing communications, and other materials
• Building cooperation framework for HR leadership and the wider community
• Creating creative promo-campaigns of HR brand within the organization
• Processes in HR Marketing area (important announcements, onboarding, promotions, recognition, etc.)

• Build the most effective, inspired, and self-driving HR team on the market
• Maintain and develop HR Brand in the organization
• Experiment with content, and formats to engage with various audiences
• Work in the big and diverse HR Marketing team of like-minded people who understand the value of high-quality content
• Experiment and innovate with the full-cycle communication channels and activities to keep the HR community engaged
