HR Assistant
We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our unique and dynamic in-house HR team.
In this role, you will:
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
- Answers frequently asked questions from employees relative to policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
- Help with new-hire procedures, including organizing employee orientation, creating new employee files, administering employee handbooks, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly filled out and submitted to appropriate persons.
- Execute all employee termination procedures, including advising employees on their rights and any benefits they are entitled to.
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Acts as a contact point between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations, emailing, and purchasing.
- Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface.

- Support HR department in educating employees on and enforcing company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills:
- Experience of working as а HR assistant/administrator or similar (1 year)
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of motivation and result-oriented approach, desire to develop yourself in the HR sphere.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
