Your task will be to develop long-term and quality relationships with our customers.

Our perfect candidate:

1. Speaks in both Russian and English. The latter has got to be Intermediate level or higher.
2. Open-hearted people person. S/he quickly understands other people's emotions and knows what to do to ensure their vis-a-vis is comfortable.
3. Stress-resistant.
4. Can rapidly switch between the tasks.
5. Punctual. It’s easy to rely on him/her.
6. Attentive to details.

In this position you will:

1. Provide quality customer support across all channels (chat, emails, and calls). Ensuring a build of brand trust.
2. Resolve clients’ complaints.
3. Forward customers' feedback to the company's management, thereby helping to improve client satisfaction.
4. Perform fluent, confident, and clear communication in English.
5. Improve your empathy skills.

Schedule:

You will have 5 shifts per week: Morning shift: 8:00 - 16:00 / Evening shift: 16:00 - 23:00. Our workload is rather medium compared to the similar vacancies on the market. And it also depends on the season.

Wage:

You will have a stable wage rate plus up to a 30% KPI bonus, depending on your monthly productivity. Remote work. Ready to hire a student.

P.S. Experience in the same or similar position and/or with Gorgias, Asana, Shopify, Etsy would be a major advantage.
