We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Assistant to assist Operations team of Art Division in resolving daily administrative issues; contribute to internal communication of the team with other organizational units; help Financial analyst in the analytics and budget preparation; support other processes defined by Direct manager.

Superpowers you have are

• Analytical mindset
• multitasking
• Excel, Google docs knowledge
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or a related degree in similar field
• Level of English proficiency: intermediate +

Becoming a part of Room 8 Studio team you will

• Update data for supervisors analytical files on monthly basis;
• Monthly download company’s time tracking for the previous month;
• Write meeting protocols and controls the performance of tasks by responsible parties;
• Collect and fill in data for analytics;
• Modify time tracking in closed periods in case of any mistakes;
• Facilitate the organization of corporate congratulation of Art Division specialists in collaboration with HR Department;
• Assist in preparation of Art Division specialists for international conferences and business trips;
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct manager.
