Customer Support Representative with Spanish (remote)

About You:

We invite you, a highly-motivated, result-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our team in Kyiv on a full-time position.

What you will need to do:

• Handle incoming application and calls
• Communicate with clients over the phone and help them get through the verification process
• Deal with additional customer support requests that come up
• Deny bad applications and finalize the good ones

You are our successful candidate, if you are:

• Fluent in English and Spanish;
• Assertive, high patient;
• Customer orientated;
• Problem solver;
• Possess good analytical skills is a big plus
• Background in phone customer support is a plus (if you have no experience, we are ready to teach you);
• Attentive to details;
• Team player
