IT Craft invites Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Remote support to company employees in providing access to infrastructure services (mail, VPN, etc.);
- Setting up and further support of the company's servers and services in working state to ensure their maximum availability.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in remote administration of Linux (CentOS / RHEL, Debian / Ubuntu) and Windows servers;
- Strong knowledge of the main types of actively used services (WEB, DNS, Mail, FTP, SSH) and related protocols;
- Ability to automate routine operations using scripts (at least Bash);
- User orientation, willingness to share knowledge;
- Desire to develop in the direction of server administration and process automation;
- Responsibility, sociability and willingness to work in a team.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in using the IaC approach (Git, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD);
- Experience with cPanel / WHM servers and control panels;
- Pre-intermediate written English.
IT Craft offers:
- Full working day (Monday-Friday): from 10:00 am till 19:00 pm and 1 hour of paid break;
