OVERVIEW
We are a Ukrainian-Danish IT company with about 300 people, located in Lviv and Aarhus.
We are a well established reputable company with a 30% growth rate during the last three years.
To strengthen our growing potential we need Talent Sourcer with a focus on Technical roles, but not limited to this. We are looking for a young specialist that can show good results in searching of Middle/Senior Engineers, interact & communicate effectively with candidates, and with a professional approach to influence InterLogic brand awareness.
REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding how IT market works
- Understanding of different specialities and technologies in the IT Industry
- Strong research skills (experience with sourcing tools as X-Ray, Boolean search, etc.)
- Experience with different channels (LinkedIn etc.)
- Good communication skills (both writing and speaking)
- Good organizational skills
- Intermediate English
- Huge pluses: interest in SMM; passed course on IT recruitment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cooperate with a recruiter in a team
- Active search for qualified specialists according to requirements using different channels (LinkedIn, Job portals, internal database, social media, professional networks) and various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
- Prescreening of candidates
- Maintain internal databases
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain job advertisements
