Reservation Agent

InterContinental Kyiv is looking for Reservation Sales Agent

Position Duties:

• Process reservations made by phone/fax/email or website
• Process cancellations and modifications and in due course transmit this information to the front desk
• Handles daily correspondence, responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed
• Maintain knowledge of the selling status, rates, and benefits of hotel rooms

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Hotel-related experience will be a plus
