Middle Recruiter (Non tech, Trainee/Junior positions)

Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment (we are ready to consider candidates without experience in the IT field);
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process and different recruitment practices;
- Hands-on experience in candidate searching, headhunting, and interviewing;
- Good knowledge of the local Ukrainian market and different recruitment hiring platforms, sources, tools, etc;
- Good communication, presentation, organizational skills and a positive attitude;
- Intermediate level of English and higher.
Would be a plus:
- General understanding of IT market;
- Basic understanding of major programming technologies and languages;
- Successfully completed IT Recruitment/Sourcing Courses.
Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle of recruitment from entry to senior level for different non tech positions;
- Attracting, sourcing, closing, retaining passive and active candidates for an Internship program (trainee/junior tech levels);
- Participating in different marketing activities for NerdySoft Internship program promotion (meetups, workshops, conferences);
- Active and creative sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, generation of pipelines for each position;
- Organizing and conducting HR, technical, project interviews with all interview members (candidates, technical experts, hiring managers.);
- Maintain and update candidate database;
- Providing feedback on the staffing process;
- Organizing job-offer signings;
- Working closely with the recruitment team to improve the hiring process and developing new creative methods in finding and attracting talents.
