WOW24-7 collaborates with companies from Israel, Germany, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Sweden, Canada, the USA, etc. Our clients are from 19 countries.
Now we are looking for a responsible Tech Support Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
- STRONG understanding of how internet flows, able to at least explain (in very basic terms) how a network works;
- Being able to deduce via troubleshooting or questioning if the customer’s internet is having problems in order for our devices to get connected;
- STRONG understanding of how WiFi works;
- Knowing the difference between 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands;
- Ability to ask line of questions to determine if WiFi issues at the customer’s location is disrupting our nodes.
- Proficiency fluency and functional literacy in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers to configure their devices over the phone or by email;
- Assist resolve devices issues with connectivity to wifi or cellular gateway;
- Provide assistant on how to questions.
Conditions of work:
