Scrum Master

We are looking for a SCRUM Master who is experienced in working with one team and who is willing to try working with multiple teams in order to improve our LeSS processes. You will work with 3 scrum teams on the Ukrainian side and coordinate processes with several teams on the USA side. You will work in tight cooperation with local and overseas teams to optimize teams cooperation and deployment flows.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate team meetings and team buildings;
• Create report for the management and for the customer;
• Work on self development plans together with the team members;
• Improve development processes;
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience on a Scrum Master position;
• Experience in facilitating Agile events, understanding of facilitation diamond approach;
• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles;
• Understanding of SDLC;
• SCM or equivalent certification;
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Will be a plus:

• LeSS certification;
• ICAgile-ATF certification.
