IT Researcher

Eurosoftware UA gladly invites IT Researcher to join our recruiting team and to speed our further growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc
• Active search of candidates on different sources (LinkedIn, FB, GitHub, etc)
• Resume screening/Researching
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Required Qualifications

• • Higher education
• • Proven work experience as Researcher with at least 3 month of experience (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) or successfully completed it-recruiting courses.
• • Good English (Upper-intermediate level, written and spoken)
