Technical Customer Support Engineer

We work close with some of the world's largest wind turbine manufacturers, setting up high quality Control Systems in the most demanding environments around the world.

Do you want to join us in making wind competitive? We are looking for the Technical Customer Support Engineer in our Development Division in Lviv who wants to make difference in developing control solutions for the global wind market.

Mandatory requirements:

• Network: configure firewalls, configure routers, NATs, network routing configurations
• SQL: knowledge in creating and executing SQL statements
• Scripting: shell, windows batch, JavaScript
• Intermediate or higher English level.

 Will be an advantage:

• Experience with any SCADA system
• Knowledge of DB administration and maintenance: MS SQL, Cassandra, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of OPC/Modbus or any industrial protocols

 Soft skills:

• Sense of responsibility;
• Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Self-motivated and fast learner.
